About Our Farming Community:

Experience traditional rice farming in the stunning terraces of Sapa Valley. Work alongside local Red Dao families learning centuries-old agricultural techniques while enjoying breathtaking mountain scenery.

📍 Location:

Sapa Valley, Lao Cai – UNESCO-recognized rice terrace landscape

🌱 Volunteer Activities:

• Rice planting and harvesting (4-5 hours daily)
• Traditional irrigation system maintenance
• Organic vegetable gardening
• Water buffalo care and handling
• Learning traditional farming techniques

🏡 We Provide:

• Traditional homestay accommodation
• 3 home-cooked meals daily
• Traditional herbal bath experiences
• Weekly village cultural events
• Traditional textile and craft lessons

⏱️ Schedule:

5 hours/day, Sunday rest day
